The Communication Studies Department at Northeastern University has a diverse and accomplished Faculty, many of whom hail from some of the top Communication Studies programs in the country.

Communication Studies at Northeastern encompasses a dual approach to learning. Our faculty use both theoretical and hands on instruction to highlight the ever changing field of communication. Our productive faculty bring with them vast knowledge in their areas of expertise, ranging from production, organizational communication, rhetoric, media theory, advertising and marketing, cultural studies and much more.

Coop, internships, and other forms of experiential learning also enrich the academic experience of our students and expose them to real-life learning that is invaluable.
